Refund policy

Refund Policy:- Goods must be returned to us in original packaging unmarked within 14 days, please allow 48 hours after the item(s) have been returned for us to inspect the goods and arrange a refund.

Cancelled orders may incur a discretionary £25 admin fee, which is increased by the rate of delivery if the item has been dispatched. (If the item has Free Delivery, the fee is charged at the standard rate for delivery).
