Delivery Services

Small Item Delivery:

Our small accessories / homeware items are delivered by using Parcel Force and are typically dispatched the following weekday from ordering. Once dispatched you will receive your tracking details via e-mail to confirm your delivery date.

Single Footstool Delivery:

Our footstools are delivered using Translink Express Logistics, who can deliver to you any week day provided it is booked in with us 48 hours prior to the intended delivery date.

Leicestershire/Warwickshire 2 Man Delivery:

  • 2-man delivery within 1-3 Days Approx.
  • Flat rate of £35 for the entire order.
  • 2-man delivery to room of choice, delivery pre-booked over the phone with 30 minutes notice prior to delivery.
  • This service typically covers a 30-mile radius approximately from our store in Hinckley.

UK Mainland 2 Man Delivery:

  • 2 Man delivery within 3-5 days approximately from dispatch. (Dispatched within 5-7 Days Approximately)
  • Flat rate of £79 for the entire order.
  • 2 Man delivery to room of choice, delivery pre-booked over the phone.
  • Delivery time may vary dependant on your location.

Out Of Area Surcharges

The following charges apply to the postcodes listed and the delivery timeframe is increased to 10 days approximately:

Remote Area 1 = Additional £59 Per Order
(AB, IV, PH, PA, DD)

Remote Area 2 = Additional £29 Per Order
(TR, PL, TQ, CA, TD, EH, G, DG, KA, ML, FK, KY, LL, EX, LD, SA, CF And SY)

Highlands & Remote Areas:

We don't currently offer delivery to Highlands and Remote areas online, but this can be arranged by calling us directly.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

As we use independent courier companies, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. All payments need to be completed before we can send the item to the courier.

Please ensure your purchase is physically able to fit into your accommodation.

Our drivers require that access to your room is cleared and safe, free from any trip hazards, if this isn't adhered to the delivery to the room is at the driver's discretion as they are not insured past your door so they are not covered in case of any accidents or injuries.

Please note: It is up to the customer to protect any flooring if needed as our delivery crews are not liable for floor damage.

Please make sure items are as described and you are happy with them before signing the courier's sheet so as to minimise any problems that may arise because of this.

Goods cannot be refunded if damage or issues are not reported straight away, please do not sign the courier’s delivery sheet if there is a problem and instead ask them to contact our store on 01455 63 53 20.

Collection Information

You can collect from our store but you must book in your collection prior to your arrival to our store and also bring photographic I.D that matches the details for your order as well as the bank card you used to make the purchase.

If you have purchased an ex-display sofa you will also need to bring relevant packing and rope as none of our ex-display sofas are packed (We can provide packing for you, but this is charged at £10 per item and must be arranged in advance).

If you want to send someone to collect on your behalf we require the following prior to the collection:

  • An e-mail must be sent from the e-mail address that’s on your purchase to confirm.
  • Full name of the person or courier company that will be collecting your order.
  • Vehicle registration and model of the vehicle that will be collecting.
  • The person collecting must bring I.D
  • You must book in your collection by sending us an e-mail at least 24 hours in advance
