How long does delivery take?
If you have chosen an item from our Clearance Outlet, all items are available for immediate delivery,
ensuring you'll receive it on our next available delivery date. For
Made To Order items, please check the product description to find the lead time,
indicating the duration required for manufacturing.
How much is delivery?
Basic Assembly - Our team can assist you with the basic assembly of your purchase, excluding flat pack items. We will ensure that your purchase is assembled correctly and securely, saving you time and effort.

- Premium - £90
- Standard - £55+ £2 per mile
- Premium - £90+ £2 per mile
How will I know when my order is ready for dispatch?
If you have chosen an item from our Clearance Outlet, your item will be in stock so please contact us to arrange delivery and we will get you a slot which suits you. If you have chosen a Made To Order item, we'll promptly send you a text
message to your mobile once your item is ready for dispatch. In the unlikely event that you miss this message
or it doesn't come through, rest assured that our team will proactively
reach out to you if a few days have passed since its arrival.
What's an Upholstery Report?
All of our clearance models are either B Graded or ex-display meaning sometimes small blemishes or marks may be present (this explains our awesome prices). Our Upholstery Team take great care in checking over all of our models to ensure that you are aware of
your purchase condition.
Although care has been taken when checking over your sofa, sometimes small marks and blemishes may get missed. If you wish, please contact us and we will send you more information to ensure that you are happy to go ahead with your purchase.
What if the item I want is sold out?
When an item is out of stock, it's probably one of our best sellers that flies out of the shop! Not to worry, though. We get fresh stock every week. To be the first to know when it's back, you have two easy options:
