Leicestershire/Warwickshire 2 Man Delivery:
- 2 man delivery within 1-3 Days Approx.
- Flat rate of £35 for the entire order.
- 2 man delivery to room of choice, delivery pre-booked over the phone with 30 minutes notice prior to delivery.
- This service typically covers a 50 mile radius from our store in Hinckley.
UK Mainland 2 Man Delivery:
- 2 Man delivery within 7 days approx from dispatch.
- Flat rate of £79 for the entire order.
- 2 Man delivery to room of choice, delivery pre-booked over the phone.
- Delivery time may vary dependant on your location.
Highlands & Remote Areas:
- We don't currently offer delivery to Highlands and Remote areas online, but this can be arranged by calling us directly.
Dispatch Times for Non-Leicestershire/Warwickshire Deliveries: Orders are dispatched within 5-7 days approximately from receiving your order.
The Courier Service we use for our national deliveries will aim to deliver your item within 7 days approximately from dispatch.
Once we have received your order we will then book you in with the courier, once collected they will then contact you within 48 hour to confirm your delivery date and time slot.
For single Footstools we can provide delivery any weekday provided we have 48 hours notice and we will contact you during office hours to arrange delivery.
As our delivery services are booked in over the phone please ensure you supply us with your contact number.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
As we use independent couriers we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. You cannot pay the courier for the sofa on the day of delivery, all payments need to be completed before we can send the item to the courier.
*Please make sure the sofa is physically able to get through doors and up stairs etc!*
Our drivers require that access to your room is cleared and safe, free from any trip hazards, If this isn't adhered to the delivery to the room is at the driver's discretion as they are not insured past your door so they are not covered in case of any accidents or injuries.
Please note: It is up to the customer to protect any flooring if needed as our delivery crews are not liable for floor damage.
Please make sure items are as described and you are happy with them before signing the courier's sheet so as to minimise any problems that may arise because of this.
GOODS CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF DAMAGE OR ISSUES ARE NOT REPORTED STRAIGHT AWAY SO DO NOT SIGN COURIER SHEET IF THERE IS A PROBLEM
You can also collect from us yourself but you must book in and bring a form of I.D that matches your receipt. You will also need to bring relevant packing and rope etc as none of our sofas are packed (We charge an extra £10 per item for this and must be arranged in advance).
IF YOU WANT TO SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT ON YOUR BEHALF
We REQUIRE the following prior to the collection;
A message sent from the corresponding eBay account with all of the following information.
- FULL NAME - Of the person / courier company collecting.
- Registration and model of the vehicle collecting.
- The person collecting must bring I.D (driving licence / passport).
- You must book in your collection by sending us a message at least 24 hours in advance.
WE WILL NOT LET ANYTHING BE COLLECTED WITHOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE BEING ADHERED TO.
NOTE: We require 24 hours notice prior to collections.
Returns / Refunds Information
ORDERS FROM OUR HINCKLEY SUPERSTORE - Our stunning super store is conveniently located in the market town of Hinckley, Leicestershire and has a 160 space car park on our doorstep. We welcome you to come along and 'try before you buy' we pride ourselves on our service and operate a relaxed, no pressure environment, in fact you can even relax in our Coffee shop while you make your decision. If you decide to place an order we will ask you for a Deposit, this forms a contract between you and us, after which if you decide to cancel your order then your deposit will not be refunded however a credit note will be issued with an unlimited UNLESS THE ITEM YOU HAVE ORDERED HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY MADE /PRODUCTION STARTED/ ARRIVED INTO OUR WAREHOUSE OR WILL NOT FIT ON DELIVERY, in which case you will loose the full amount of the deposit if you decide to cancel you will also be required to pay the delivery charges if in the unlikely event our experienced teams have attempted delivery but it would no fit through your door.
ORDERS FROM OUR WEBSITE - Doesn't fit? Doesn't match? Not sure if you Love it? No problem! Simply return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging, unused and unmarked and in sell-able condition.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days starting the day after delivery of all your goods.
You then have 14 days to return the goods at your own cost, all goods must be wrapped appropriately for transport in order to prevent any damages, we will inspect the items as soon as they arrive back with us (This can take a few days as we use independent couriers for national deliveries) but don't worry as soon as they have been inspected we will issue a refund, less any appropriate fees. We will only refund to the Account/card that was used to make payment.
PLEASE NOTE:- All Cancelled orders are subject to a £25 admin fee which is increased by the rate of delivery if the item has been dispatched. (If the item has Free Delivery, the fee is charged at the standard rate for delivery).
All products come with a 12 month warranty on frame, springs and cover material. Goods must be returned to the store at the buyers responsibility and must be booked in over telephone prior. Proof of original purchase must be provided.
